Usually when we think about the achievement of human levitation and flight, we think of the long hours of physical, mental and spiritual training we must go through. More and more in my levitation training sessions, I'm finding that it's more about letting go of everything in this world, and just allowing yourself to drift upwards into the air. Yes, of course, we have to train hard in order for our conscious and subconscious minds to understand fully what it is we are trying to achieve. However, if you can fill your body and mind with feelings of pure bliss and happiness and a total love of life (or God, or the Universe) mixed with the gratitude of just being alive, at that moment, something begins to happen in the body, you begin to enter a world or state where gravity has no control over you, where normal bodily "weight" is temporarily suspended. It is in these pure bliss moments, which, by the way, can be brought on at almost any moment through your willpower, that you become free of the bondage of the material world.
I've read that some of the famous saints who were said to have levitated all those hundreds of years ago, did so because of their utter and complete devotion and pure unwavering love of and for God. It is the energy signature of love and bliss that enabled their physical bodies to become weightless. Now, these saints were not actively seeking levitation, but it just came to them naturally as a result of the vibration of energy that they were manifesting at those particular levitation times. Even though I am not a religious person, I fully understand what God is, and I fully understand God energy, so just in case you are not religious, don't let your disbelief in God block the energy that you may require in order to achieve levitation and flight. Often I use the word "God" because it is understood by most as the highest and most powerful "energy" or "vibration" that there is. But anyway, back to the main point. I feel we need to train and develop this bliss energy within the body. It seems to originate in the heart (or perhaps the stomach/dantien area), and then slowly expands out, slowly enveloping the whole body. Sometimes, in our intellectuality, we lose sight that these supernatural powers we are seeking, must come from the spiritual aspect of ourselves. Achieving levitation just through willpower alone is likely not possible, but through the combination of willpower AND highly developed levels of faith and spirituality, then, THEN we arrive at a place in our life where human levitation and flight becomes more of a reality in our life.
